Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga:
As the most practiced form of yoga worldwide, Hatha combines mindful postures (asana) and conscious breathing (pranayama) to develop better posture, strength, balance and flexibility. This relaxing journey takes 60 minutes and will leave you with a great sense of wellbeing.

Boot Camp:
Medium to high intensity classes depending on your fitness level, but all fitness levels are welcome. The class focuses on functional training using a variety of different dumbbell and body weight exercises.

Total Body Workout : The Total Body Workout utilizes a combination of strength training, core stabilization and cardiovascular exercise to support fluid movement while encouraging perfect balance and promote a steady heart rate.
